They say that they are a law firm, but would not give me any specifics as to who was suing me. Had too much of my personal information so I reported them to the police in both NY and my city. Also, fraud alerts with the major credit agencies.

They call four time a day. and never say anything.

Car warranty telemarketer. If you have time, waste their time by stringing them along with incorrect information. Seem to be enthusiastic, ask them to repeat a lot, and like I say, give wrong info. Don't be abusive, don't give a wrong credit card number.... when you get to that point, tell them they're rude for calling your cell, and tell them you'll waste their time the same way if they call again. Wasting their time is the way to get back at them....

Stating that they are coming to my Job to arrest me and that I owe there client $10,000 for a loan I am not aware of for $400?

The manager of this company has called my wife my 13 yr.old daughter over 7 times today and harrassed and called them names,IE...MF,Bitches and other nasty word.He claimes to be an attorny and says his name is Derrick.I am very disappoited and do not want my family harassed this way.Please help and put a stop to this. Scam,they call to get personel info,ie bank account number etc.threating tone for info.report to local police this is an offshore SCAM.
